Hi! I have been using a standing desk from ProgressiveDesk for about half a year now, and I can share my experience. To be honest, when I was choosing a standing desk and other accessories for work, it was important to me not only that they looked stylish, but also that they really contributed to improving my comfort throughout the workday. Before that, I sat at a regular desk, and after a few hours of work, my back would start to hurt, and my neck and wrists were in constant tension. At some point, I realized that this could not continue, and something needed to change if I did not want to face chronic fatigue or health problems. I chose one of the standing desks and lifting columns from ProgressiveDesk. In fact, it was one of the best decisions. Let me start by saying that a desk with an electric lifting mechanism is a completely different story compared to a regular one. I recently read that many people who work sitting for hours on end often experience back pain and fatigue, and standing up at least a couple of times a day helps to avoid these problems. ProgressiveDesk products allow you to adjust the height of your desk with a simple push of a button. This is actually very convenient because you can change your position right in the middle of your work, without pauses or breaks. In my situation, this is not just convenience, but a necessity. I really feel that when I work standing up, I get less tired, and my productivity has increased significantly.

Interestingly, I am also thinking about buying some kind of ergonomic desk, as my back is starting to make me feel uneasy after long working sessions. But what I am wondering is, how do these electric lift desks affect your mood and energy throughout the day? For example, if you work standing all day, do you overload yourself at some point?
